Return and Refund Policy

Due to the personal-use nature of fragrance decants, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds because a customer dislikes a fragrance, changes their mind, or orders the wrong fragrance or size.

Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement or refund for the affected item. Shipping damage or order errors must be reported within the stated period to qualify.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

Refunds or replacements are not available for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
